Empire Plastics Inc. announces new management appointments.

Mr. Larry Schorr, President of Empire Plastics Inc, anounced new management appointments for the rigid plastics manufacturing facility located in Newcomerstown Ohio. The facility manufactures PVC sheet used in credit cards, aircraft interiors and many other applications.

Newcomerstown OH July 21, 2004 -- Dean Li has been appointed General Manager of Empire Plastic Inc. effective immediately. Dean has been with Empire for 5 years and over that time has moved from Director of R&D and Technical Services, to VP of Operations and now to VP and General Manager. All functions of the company will report to Dean.

Dean was born in China and moved to Canada in 1991, where he received his Ph.D. in Polymer Chemistry. After working in the PVC packaging film industry, he moved to Ohio to begin his career at Empire Plastics.
I am also pleased to announce the following additional promotions:
   
Karen Pingle has joined Bobbi Ellis in Customer Service. Karen has been a laboratory technician at Empire for 9 years, and will continue to perform some of those duties in addition to her new role in Customer Service.
   
Tim Ohler has taken over Purchasing at Empire, which duties he is adding to his position as Director of Environmental and Safety Systems.
   
Robert Viereck has been appointed to Accounting Manager and together with John Staser, our General Accountant will manage the finance department. http://www.empireplastics.com
