JMC Jorgenson Machinery Corp. Strikes Deal With CRG Logics.

JMC Jorgenson Machinery Corp. acquires the right to sell CRG Logics plastics extrusion auxiliary product line.

Houston, TX (PR Web) March 5, 2004 - JMC (Jorgenson Machinery Corp.), a leading international provider of plastics processing and testing equipment, announced today an agreement with CRG Logics, an industry leader in manufacturing plastic extrusion auxiliary equipment, to market and sell the CRG Logics product line.

Both JMC and CRG Logics are highly focused in the extrusion market of the plastics industry making the alliance a natural fit.
CRG Logics makes the most advanced and reliable resin blenders in the business, and with our marketing expertise and presence in the industry, JMC is the perfect company to take CRG Logics to the next level Said Emery Jorgenson, President and owner of JMC Jorgenson Machinery Corp..

A recent innovation from CRG Logics that is getting a lot of buzz from resin and film manufacturers is their Angel Hair trap. Angel hair traps remove stringers (Angel Hair) from plastic resin as it is being conveyed. Angel Hair can wrap around augers, bridge hoppers, and contaminate a conveying or processing system. With an Angel Hair trap installed, a processing company can remove stringers before they become a problem. Angel Hair traps can also be used as a tool to pinpoint where Angel Hair is being created. Many companies install several strategically placed angel hair traps to troubleshoot where the angel hair is being generated.

The SIMPLICITY Continuous Gravimetric Resin Blender by CRG Logics, Inc. is also a new innovation that far surpasses todays technology. Simplicity is the perfect name for this line said Chris Jorgenson, technical sales engineer at JMC. The simple installation, configuration, operation and low maintenance are all very welcome traits anytime you have a system that is so technically advanced.

The SIMPLICITY uses industry proven off-the-shelf components like maintenance free vibratory feeders. These feeders perform simultaneous metering of all components, eliminating the need for mechanical mixing, while consistently producing the desired blend. A color touch screen provides the operator an easy to use interface with built in help screens. The PLC based control is highly accurate and reliable to assure total system functionality and integration, and is far superior to industry standard proprietary controls.
